I can personally confirm and guarantee that sending a blank sms (or an sms with just a space) to 2913 will be replied almost immediately by ufone with the derails of all the services currently activated on your number. And it Is free. You can try it when you have zero balance, if you do not believe it. The sms will still go through and you will get an immediate reply. About the * or # codes, well, I dont really want to dial any. There was a very well reported scam some time ago when some immature people people from our country started spamming sms to every number of every network saying something like 'dial *#abc*# to get free balance of 50 rupees.' and if you were unfortunate enough to fall for it, you would soon have realised that your network provider had been converted from your current one (ufone for example) to another random network (mobilink or warid etc). A really foolish move by a group of delinquents. But gladly, pta did shut that whole thing down swiftly before it got out of hand. Well anyway, a blank sms to 2913 will get you the information you require. My email id is attached to this post, if I gave you the wrong info and got your balance deducted, you can mail me and curse me all you like. But that will not be the case since I just tried this method and didn't get any balance deducted whatsoever. Now the important part, for most people, info services or double number or any other value added service will be activated. To get them deactivated, the sureshot way is to call 333 (you'll be charged 0.5 rupees or something) and then dial 0 to talk to the operator. After he greets you, just ask him what services are activated on the sim im calling from? He will tell you blah.blah whatever. Take a pen and a paper. Tell him to step by step tell you how to.deactivate each and every service that you do not require and write down the things he tells you. He will tell you certain numbers to send sms to, in order to deactivate that service. This sms, again, may be charged at different rupees, depending on the service etc. But it Will get you what you want, that is, deactivation of the service you do not require.
